The Posture
Missileer is based on unclassified public sources: Air Force public affairs, the NPS Minuteman Missile National Historic Site, declassified material, prepublication-reviewed books, and encyclopedic secondary sources. The procedure depicted is a guess — deliberately so. Where the public record is silent, we invent freely and say so below. Real units' real incidents are never referenced. Exercise traffic in the product is synthetic and marked EXERCISE.
Audio republication follows the same practice as WebSDR streams and long-running public EAM archives: the traffic is broadcast in the clear worldwide, and the content is ciphertext.
